- 2 Tablespoons of 2/3 cup of dry white wine
7-8 fresh blackberries
3 Tablespoons of City Farm Foods Blackberry Basil Jam
Sugar to taste
- Melt butter in small saucepan.
- Add wine, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid reduces somewhat.
- Add blackberries and jam.
- Whisk well until blackberries break down.
- Add sugar to taste and mix well.
- Serve over warm pork tenderloin or chops
